1. Shipping Overview
At Orolatino, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to shipping, delivery, and handling of your orders.

2. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (local time) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs
Free shipping within the U.S.
4.1 International Shipping
We currently do NOT offer international shipping.
We only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military addresses APO/FPO/DPO). We do not ship to any international destinations outside of the United States.
If you have any questions about whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
5. Order Changes
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. It is not possible to make changes after 2 hours.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to limit shipping to certain addresses or regions.
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local laws and regulations.
If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses for certain oversized or heavy items.
7. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
You can track your order status through our website or the carrier's website using your tracking number.
If you have not received a tracking number of order confirmation, please contact us.
8. Delivery Attempts
Our shipping carriers will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package or to pick it up from the designated location.
We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9. Risk of Loss
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
10. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by:
- Shipping carrier delays or errors
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Events outside our control (force majeure)
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
11. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package has not been delivered within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Keep the original packaging and all materials
- Take photos of the damaged items and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Stolen Packages: If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or building management. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification, and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier.
12. Multiple Items and Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply for partial shipments, except in cases where a promotional offer specifically covers shipping.
13. Shipping to Military Addresses
We ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) within the United States. Please ensure you provide the correct format for your military address during checkout.
