Return Window
You have 30 business days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in original condition: unworn, unused, and undamaged
- Item must include all original tags and labels attached
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping Costs
- Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received, defective or damaged item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Jewelry items such as earrings, studs, lip rings (for hygiene and safety reasons, these items are ineligible for return or exchange once unsealed or worn).
Items such as rings, necklaces, and bracelets that are custom-produced based on the measurements you provide.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

The fastest way to exchange an item is:
- Return the original item following the process above
