Order Modifications & Cancellations

Modifications

  • You may modify your order (including payment method, shipping address, or items) within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • After 2 hours, your order will enter our fulfillment process and modifications may not be possible.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number.
  • If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the items for a refund.

Order Cancellation by Orolatino

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

    • Payment cannot be verified
    • Billing or shipping information is invalid or fraudulent
    • Items are out of stock or discontinued
    • Pricing errors are identified
    • Unusual order patterns or suspected fraud
  • If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited to the card used for the original transaction. If the card has been closed or expired, please contact your bank for assistance.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account.
  • Afterpay: If you paid with Afterpay and are returning items, any payments already made will be refunded according to Afterpay's refund schedule. Please refer to Afterpay's refund policy for details.
  • Gift Cards: Refunds will be issued as store credit.

Partial Refunds

  • If you return only a portion of your order, the refund amount will be proportional to the items returned.
